1. What products does HM DIGITAL offer?

We provide digital license keys and subscriptions delivered by email. Product availability may include software activation keys and digital access subscriptions.

  4. Follow the activation instructions included in your email

3. When will I receive my key?

Digital orders are delivered by email usually within minutes after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to verification or payment processing.

4. Where do I find my order details / key?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email containing your order details and your digital key (or subscription information). Please also check your spam/junk folder.

5. What if my key doesn’t work?

If you face an activation issue, contact support with:

  • Your order number

  • A screenshot of the activation error/message
    We’ll help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue according to our policy.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Digital orders can only be changed or canceled before delivery. Once a digital key has been delivered, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

7. Do you ship anything?

No. All products are digital delivery only. Nothing is shipped physically.

8. Is there a refund policy?

Because digital products can be delivered instantly, refunds are handled according to our store policy. If there’s a problem, contact support with your order number and we’ll review your case.
